RETURNS

Need to send something back? We accept most merchandise returns up to 30 days after you receive the order. All returned items must be in resellable condition and include: original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, accessories, etc.

THE FINE PRINT

  • Unless damaged or defective, a refund may be arranged for any product, other than those deemed by Classic Solutions, Inc. as a "Non-Returnable Item". Non-Returnable items may include, but are not limited to: equipment, electronics, and special order items.
  • Classic Solutions, Inc. will only pay for return shipping if the products delivered are defective, damaged or incorrect items were received. In all other circumstances, the customer is responsible for return freight charges.
  • In some cases, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fees are assessed based on the discretion of Classic Solutions, Inc.
  • Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging with all documentation, warranty cards, cables, etc., unused and in resalable condition.
  • Classic Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resellable items.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a Classic Solutions, Inc. issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Any return lacking an RMA number will be refused.
  • In order to receive a full refund, merchandise must be returned to Classic Solutions, Inc. within the following timeframes:
    • 30 days from date of sale for all returns due to customer error or defective merchandise. Product must be in re-saleable condition.
    • 5 days from date of invoice for any concealed damage or shipping warehouse errors.
    • 5 days after delivery for all visible damage or clearly broken items.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow between 7 and 14 business days for processing and refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • RMA #’s are valid for 30 days.
